Setting recording mode
If you think Batch mode is a time saver, match it up with Automated Recording to Accounting and grab extreme time savings.
In Manual mode, you still have to click to select records. Once you have selected your transactions, individual and batched, you then have to click Submit to send them to your QuickBooks Online account for processing and recording.
If you want to maximize your time savings, select the Automated mode. Once selected, the app does the rest. It automatically imports your PayPal transaction data and submits it to QuickBooks Online without you needing to lift a finger or click a button. Not AI but ACI (Awfully Clever Intelligence).
Remember: Whatever you select, Individual or Batch, you can select Fees only or Complete transaction to tell the Automated process how much of each transaction to process.
